We specialize in USACE Projects where the safety rules are much more stringent than OSHA. Even simple projects have to fully comply with the EM 385 standards. Recently, USACE has been requiring that a Board Certified Safety Professional - a CSP specifically - be on every project. As this is a case, call us at Scott Safety Consulting so we can supply you a CSP with the technical expertise to fulfill your USACE contract requirements, preferably before you even submit your bid on the project.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385–1–1) is the gold standard for Safety and Occupational Health regulations. The manual holds a long history dating back to 1941 and is designed to facilitate the standardization of all safety programs. The EM 385–1–1 prescribes the safety and health requirements for all Corps of Engineers activities and operations.
